I'm taking a chance, I'm spreading my wings
I'm holding my breath to see what life brings
I'm frightened & scared but know in my heart
There's a new life ahead, just waiting to start.
I'm not always sure that I've made the right move
I'm leaning on faith that God will approve.
God will love me & take me where I must go
And around every corner, I'll continue to grow.
I'm anxious, it's true, I'm ready to learn
I can't wait to see where this road is going to turn
Closing my eyes, raising my hands (to God)
I'm excited to see where I'm going to land.
